A fresh start.
It’s 2 weeks til my 18th Birthday and time for a change.
I’ve decided to lose the extra few pounds that i’ve been carrying my whole life and aim for that lean healthy body i’ve always dreamed of.
I’ll be updating this regularly with my training regime, my diets, weights and pictures of the process.
Training starts tomorrow, 6am. 6 mile run before sixth form.
Lets do this.
